Place margarine in a 10-in. ovenproof skillet; put in a 425° stove until dissolved, 2-3 minutes. In a blender, process the eggs, drain, flour, sugar and nutmeg until smooth. Fill arranged skillet.

Prepare at 425° until puffed and cooked, 16-18 minutes. Residue with confectioners' sugar. Present with lemon wedges and, if wanted, syrup and raspberries.
